Waltonen supports multiple markets with low and high volume tooling. We are experts in manual and automatic holding and welding fixtures, drill fixtures, automated assembly cells, and 3D layup fixtures.
For inspection and quality, we provide checking fixtures, full body bucks, body opening fixtures, and laboratory test fixtures.
Design and Build Manufacturing
By implementing the design through the digital thread, Waltonen provides a complete digital twin that includes product design, tooling and assembly fixtures.
