Manufacturing Processing

No matter the volume output required, Waltonen can set up your manufacturing processes to optimize output, while reducing costs to produce. Using software tools, such as Process Simulate, we can set up your assembly line virtually to increase speed and quality.

With a provided production output, and cost objectives, Waltonen will develop your assembly processes, perform cost analysis of automation vs manual labor, balance machine outputs, and develop your most optimal assembly process.

Robot Simulation

Using advanced digital engineering allows Waltonen to develop complete robot manufacturing cells in a virtual 3D environment. With this, we can conduct throughput and capacity analysis, load/collision detection, and reach studies to optimize your assembly processes.

Plant Layout

Waltonen will develop a complete digital twin of your factory floor. Using Discrete Event Simulation (DES) tools, we will design your assembly plant for the optimal output. From the models you can create both 2D and 3D drawings simultaneously, design piping and wiring, and develop your Bill of Material (BOM)

Nothing is more important than the health and safety of your workforce. Modeling and simulating human machine interfaces is a critical part of any factory of the future. Waltonen engineers work simultaneously with the plant layout to insure that proper safety envelopes are developed around automation, perform reach studies in conjunction with posture analysis, and evaluate the entire assembly process for correct ergonomics.
